Health Care Coverage

WTI has negotiated with a top Health Care company to provide significant offers to our full-time employees. Blue Cross Blue Shield. WTI also provides discounted rates for Dental and Vision.

Life Insurance

WTI provides basic life insurance of $50k base pay at no cost to the employee. You may also elect to participate in optional life insurance coverage by purchasing additional coverage amounts.

AD&D Insurance

WTI provides basic Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at one times your annual base pay at no cost to the employee. You may also elect to participate in optional AD&D insurance coverage by purchasing additional coverage amounts.

401(k), Profit-Sharing and Cash Balance

401(k) Plan—Company-matching contributions:

  • Safe Harbor, fully-vested contributions after employee completes one year of service
  • 100% match up to first 1% of employee’s salary deferral
  • 50% match of employee’s salary deferral contributions above 1% and up to 6%

Profit-Sharing Employer-discretionary contribution to all employees for those deemed eligible

  • Eligibility is based on a pre-determined % of profits based on annual earnings
  • Participation is automatic; no need to enroll
  • 6-year graded vesting schedule

Cash Balance Retirement Plan

  • Eligibility: full-time employees who are at least 21-years-old and have completed one year of service as defined by completing at least 1000 hours of service
Paid Leave

WTI offers accrual of paid Personal Leave to all full-time employees. The accrual rate is based on an employee’s credited years of service. In addition, employees are allowed other forms of paid leave, to include bereavement leave, military leave, and jury duty. Unpaid leaves of absence for educational and family leave purposes may also be permitted. WTI conforms to the regulations and standards of the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

Off-Site Company-Paid Holidays

WTI employees who work offsite will observe the following Federal holiday schedule:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Birthday
  • President's Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veteran’s Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
  • Any day mandated as a holiday per a Presidential Executive Order (EO)

WTI’s Executive Management members have decided to incorporate a Christmas Shutdown period into our corporate holiday schedule. WTI’s Corporate Office will no longer observe five Federal holidays-Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Birthday, President’s Day, Juneteenth, Columbus Day, and Veteran’s Day-so that the Corporate office can be closed between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day. Please note that, moving forward, WTI’s Corporate Office will observe the revised holiday schedule unless otherwise directed by WTI’s Executive Management members. Members of the Corporate Management Team will have calls forwarded in the event of an emergency or urgent need.

The revised holiday schedule for WTI Corporate is as follows:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • Christmas Shutdown (defined above)

WTI’s Corporate Office will resume normal operating hours (8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.) on the following business day after January 1.
